Course Registration

You can register and reserve your space in any of our future courses by filling the form below and selecting courses you would like to take or you need to fulfill your CEU requirements. Things to keep in mind:

• After you hit submit, the system will give you the opportunity to revise your selections and personal information. The system will only present those course available for the next three months, starting 5 days from today.


• Once your have finalized your selections, the system will present you with a printable Invoce for the total. Payment instructions will appear at the bottom of the invoice.


• Please pay close attention to the dates of the courses you are selecting. If you should need to make changes, you should contact us 2 business days prior to the course date to make alternate arrangements.


• We do not share ANY of the information you provide here. This information is strictly for the purpose of enrolling in these courses. Careprovider staff might contact you for the purpose of follow-ups and in case changes to the schedule occur.
