
Course Description: The purpose of the sexual harassment prevention training is to educate administrators and thus facility personnel on how to prevent and prohibit inappropriate conduct or practices which could lead to sexual harassment in the workplace. Employees are expected to adhere to a standard of conduct that is respectful of all persons within the work environment and that adheres to federal and state laws on the topic. This course is designed to teach Sexual harassment Laws and Regulations that allow a licensed facility to maintain a license and operate in good standing while providing a safe environment.
