To understand the meaning of professionalism and how it relates to the customers we work with, what messages we send and how we present ourselves. What does it mean to be a professional and how does it correlate to the services we provide as well our co-workers? Studies have shown unprofessional attitudes and behaviors cause unnecessary risk as well as poor morale. This course will review how staff’s own attitudes play a part in how a shift runs and what to do to keep self-control in place.
