County)\, Parents\, Regional Center\, etc.\nTo understand the purposes of SIR documentation; provides an accurate description of what happened\, communication\, a permanent record\, protection from misrepresentation of staff performance\, informs absent team members\, provides information for monitoring and modifying Needs & Service Plans\nInternal agency review and sign off procedures for SIRs.\nManual Restraints and Special Incident Reporting.
