Universal precautions and prevention strategies are\nemphasized and Confidentiality\, Privacy Laws and HIPAA are discussed. Routes of\ntransmission\, prevention strategies\,\nand the latest statistics are reviewed. \nCourse Objectives:\n1. To understand how the human immunodeficiency virus\, the virus that causes AIDS and TB\nare transmitted/spread/acquired.\n2.
