Includes training on LGBTQ clients. \nEffective January 2016 it is required per Dept of Social Services regulations\, Administrator Certification Section\, that ALL Certified Facility Administrators have at least 1 hour of LGBT training if you didn’t do it in your initial administrator ICTP training. Students will learn about the Laws and Regulations and how to apply them when supervising clients and staff in order to successfully manage a state licensed facility for the purpose of providing a safe\, clean\, comfortable residence in which to care for at-risk populations such as youth or non-minor dependents and young adults. \nBy the end of the course\, students will understand:\n1.
