New bill passed in 2018, providing new sexual harassment training requirements. This bill states that employers with five or more employees will have to provide a minimum of 2 hours of sexual harassment training, for all supervisors. There is also a set minimum of one hour of sexual harassment training, for all other nonsupervisory employees. This will need to be completed before January 1, 2020, with continuing training every 2 years after.
