Strategy III: Avoid Stereotypical Thinking

EVERYBODY STEROTYPES and it doesn’t mean that he or she is a racist, sexiest, homophobic or a bad person. The person who stereotypes is trying to organize a complex environment to predict attitudes and behaviors about people that are unknown. Stereotypes can be about good or bad qualities that keep us from seeing individuals for who
they are. For example: all Asians are good at math is just as destructive as a negative assumption to building relationships.
