Careprovider.org Residential Training Services team of consultants, has over 60 years of combined working experience in children’s residential programs (Group Homes, FFA, ISFC, STRTP), adult residential & Regional Center programs (ARF’s, Specialized Homes, RCFE), training (CDSS approved training vendor for Administrator certification & Re-certification for the past 18 years), Specialized Homes, program development and accreditation. Our mission is to help providers create a meaningful program that benefits the health & well-being, of the individuals you serve; and to enable providers to establish a positive and long-lasting relationship with stakeholder agencies who monitor licensed / vendored programs. We achieve this by providing training and consultations in the area of licensing, auditing, and compliance.
Careprovider.org provides mandatory regulated trainings for facility administrators, facility managers, mental health, and other care provider staff for children’s program (Group Home, STRTP, FFAs, THP programs) and Residential Care Facilities for the Elderly and Adult Residential Facilities (Nursing homes, Assisted Living Programs, and continuing Care Retirement Communities).
Our team of consultants have experience with providing all levels of consultation for Group Homes, STRTPs, FFAs, THP+, RCFEs and ARFs. Agencies. Our team will prepare your licensing applications for Community Care Licensing and the paperwork need for vendorization with the various Regional Centers. We will complete all necessary form for starting your business with the Community Care Licensing and the various Regional Centers including: designation of administrative responsibility, administrative organization, affidavit regarding cash resources, surety bond, monthly operating statement, financial balance sheets and budgets, personnel report, health screenings, criminal record statement, emergency disaster plan etc.
Additionally, we will prepare your Plan of Operation and Program Statement. We will guide you thru the process of structuring your company including creating job descriptions / qualifications, personnel policies, staff training topics, facility program description, resident personal rights, admission policies, sample menu, proof of control of property, insurance information, theft and loss policy and neighborhood complaint procedures etc.
Our team of consultants also provide consultation with Investigations, Corrective Action Plans and Citations. We provide pre licensing inspections, pre-annual and audit inspections for agencies working with CCL or DCFS. We provide ongoing consultation to ensure that your program stays in compliance by providing Quality Assurance Reviews and creating health and Safety protocols.
