The Careprovider.org LLC Residential Training Services was designed to consolidate in one place, a fully integrated resource of very qualified and competent trainers and consultants for Foster youth care providers ( GH,STRTP, FFA), Adult Residential Facility, ARF, providers and Residential Care for the Elderly, RCFE, as well as all organizations that are dedicated to advancing quality care, human services and staff development. Our Agency has been a CCLD approved Training Vendor, for Administrator Certification & Re-Certification Training since 2003.
Training
We offer various training sessions for groups and individuals, on topics pertinent to your organization and its regulatory bodies. We emphasize organizational growth and stability through education by assisting organizations to develop procedures that will help prevent compliance problems and enhance your quality of care to clients.

Community Care Licensing

We prepare Licensing Section “A”
This is the section of the licensing application that includes all forms including applicant information, designation of administrative responsibility, administrative organization, affidavit regarding cash resources, surety bond, monthly operating statement, financial balance sheets and budgets, personnel report, health screenings, criminal record statement, emergency disaster plan etc.
We prepare Licensing Section “B.”
This is the narrative section of the licensing application. We guide you thru the process of structuring your company. This section includes job descriptions /qualifications, personnel policies, staff training topics, facility program description, resident personal rights, admission policies, sample menu, proof of control of property, insurance information, theft and loss policy and neighborhood complaint procedures etc..
Pre-licensing walk-thru support
Prior to the issuance of a license, a pre-licensing facility evaluation is required. We will prepare you for the first visit using an evaluation checklist. We can even offer a walk thru using remote video technology.
On-going support
We offer on-going support. For example, citation appeals and help with plans of corrections issued by licensing. Our goal is to help you maintain a positive and collaborative relationship with your local licensing office.
We are available for scheduled question and answer virtual meetings. The first 15 minutes are free. Additional time is billed in 30 minute increments.
Regional Center
Our team of consultants have experience vendoring various programs with Regional Centers throughout California. Examples of programs that we have vendored are Adult Residential Facilities, Children’s Group Homes, Supportive Living Services, Independent Living Services, Adaptive Skill Training, Community Integration Training, both licensed and community based day programs. We also have experience vendoring specialized homes.
